Dear Parent/Friend,

We are very sad to announce the closing of Jax Junglehouse on September 19, 2009. It has been our pleasure to bring fun and education to your children while you had time to do life. Whether that was a pedicure, doctors appointment, or just a much needed date night with your spouse. Our staff has had wonderful memories with your children running through the jungle gym, dancing, face painting, building trains, and having fun for hours.

How Could This Happen?

The concept was fantastic, the plan was fine tuned for 2 years at CSUF's incubator program and flawlessly executed. One thing that was not anticipated was the free falling economy.

Some of our customers lost their jobs, were furlowed a day or two a month or had up to a 40% cut in pay. Yet others who still had money coming in were being slowly crushed by rising costs to survive.

What did that do to Jax?

Even though, we reduced our operating expenses while not cutting our quality care, parents were just not going out as often or booking as many parties. They were forced to do less with less. Instead of dwindle into a place of disrepair and negativity. We closed with dignity (what little was left).

Don't forget about the other small businesses that offer things for your children, Creative Learning Center in Clovis and Kidspark. For parties, try Bounce-U. We wish them well and please help keep them open.

We will miss all of you and especially your kids.
