How many hours per week can my child stay at Jax Junglehouse?
By state law, your child can spend a maximum of 16 hours per week at Jax Junglehouse. This does not include Jax Camp or parties.

Just how many times do I need to register my child to take advantage of all Jax Junglehouse offers?
You only need to register your child once per year.

Why do I have to register my child every year?
State law requires a registration fee be charge each year at Jax Junglehouse.

When is the Junglehouse open?
We are open from Monday to Thursday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.*, Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to Midnight, and Sunday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Party time is available everyday, Sunday is for parties only. There is no Drop-In Play or Enrichment Programs on Sunday.
* we will close at 8:30 p.m.on nights with no reservations or children by 8:15 p.m.

Are reservations required or accepted for Drop-In Play?
We encourage parents to make a reservation for Friday and Saturday nights. Other nights please call before arriving if you will be dropping off at 8 p.m. or later.

Do I need to sign a short- or long-term contract?
No contracts are needed at Jax Junglehouse. Besides, contracts take the fun out of monkeying around! Use us once a month or every week, the choice is yours.

I'm attending an adult event (wedding shower, meeting, home party) at Jax that has childcare offered. Do I have to pay for registration and pay the hourly rate?
In this situation, you will only need to pay the hourly rate and sign the registration form.
